Do you love the letter to the Hebrews? Do you love to hear about the great High Priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, the one who gives us cause to firmly hold to the faith we profess, the one through whom we can approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, the reason why we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need? Jesus Christ! The one who always lives to intercede for us, the one who is the advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, the propitiation for us, the sin-appeasing, wrath-quenching Saviour, (the one who turns away the anger of God). Do make a point of regularly reading the letter to the Hebrews, it will do you good.
