Quick Thought: With Jesus, the Best is Yet to Come

The water—the cheap, simple, unimpressive water—being transformed into the nicest wine ever fermented. All that was needed then was to enjoy what the Lord Jesus had provided. They needed to taste and see that the Lord was good. They needed to hear what the master of the banquet so aptly said at the end of verse 10: “The best is yet to come with the Lord Jesus.”

In the same way as the wine at start of the wedding was alright but then got a billion times better, well,  the Christian life right now it’s pretty good but it’s very hard and very painful in many ways, but remember, the best is yet to come.
