The proof that we have in the present day is the same proof as we’ve always had of the existence of God. It’s in creation. Look around you. Look in front of your eyes. Everything you see preaches God. Psalm 19 tells us that
The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
They have no speech, they use no words;
no sound is heard from them.
Yet their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.
The heavens. Look into the sky, and you will know that there is a God.
And Romans tells us that actually, you do believe that there’s a God, even if you say that you don’t. We’ll come onto this with our next question about getting our friends to believe in God. They do believe in God, and you do believe in God. The proof is all around you.
And then listen to the Bible in church when its read and preached and prayed.
The clearest thing is the Lord Jesus. The Lord Jesus, he was clearly God, and he walked this earth and he rose from the dead.
