By His Wounds We Are Healed

We need to see that the cross of Christ and the wounds that Christ suffered on the cross heal us, his church. We need to see that the cross of Christ was the place where God the Father crushed his Son, caused his Son to suffer. We need to see that the cross of Christ was the place where the Lord Jesus offered himself for sin. And that offering of himself, that suffering, was the means of his bearing the sin of many, making intercession for us transgressors. It was the way that Christ could become a go-between. Repent and trust in this Lord Jesus!
